When video segments are replayed, each independent camera image (witness box, legal counsel, judge, jury,
and gallery) is simultaneously displayed on a single monitor.

Everything that occurs in a courtroom is digitally recorded for immediate or future replay.

Area microphones are used to capture surrounding audio, while wireless clip-on microphones may be worn
by key participants (witnesses, attorneys, judges) to accurately pick up critical statements. iSys records each
audio stream independently for future replay, ensuring that if someone doesn’t speak loudly enough or if an
attorney and a witness speak over one another, everything will still be flawlessly captured and, if need be,
isolated for clarity.

iSys also makes it possible for authorized individuals (judges and attorneys) to put “bookmarks” on the video while an event is being filmed, or after the fact when it is being reviewed. These bookmarks allow users to instantly access key sections of the event without having to browse through the entire proceeding.

Once an event has been videotaped, the court may provide authorized access to the recording through the iSys Media Management System. This means that authorized attorneys and judges can review court proceedings
whenever they want. Additionally, a deliberating jury can be given the flexibility of reviewing pertinent sections of the videotaped trial.

The iSys Media Management System’s powerful speech-to-text engine
enables users to perform two essencial tasks:
1. You can search video content by typing in key words.
2. Written transcripts can be imported and automatically synchronized
with the video.
